High Heat Resistance and Compatibility with Hot Filling
The IML container is made from food-grade PP, making it suitable for pasteurization, hot-filling, and autoclaving processes. Compared to traditional labels, IML labels remain intact under high temperatures without bubbling, peeling, or deforming.
 

Integrated molding reduces the risk of secondary contamination.

In-mold labeling is completed during the injection molding process, eliminating the need for a subsequent labeling step and reducing the risk of secondary container contact and potential contamination.

 

Oil-Resistant and Anti-Penetration Performance

The PP IML container exhibits excellent resistance to both cream and fruit acids, preventing oil penetration or corrosion from acidic contents that could lead to label discoloration or peeling.

Optional barrier layer extends shelf life

Integrating an EVOH oxygen barrier layer or a light-shielding formulation into the IML label significantly reduces oxygen permeability and minimizes the impact of light exposure, thereby extending the shelf life of sensitive products such as cheese and jam.
